Select Maple is the most naturally uniform in color of any domestic hardwood. Light and creamy, Maple’s sapwood will amber as it ages. It is the second most popular North American wood for flooring after Red Oak. Bowling alleys and basketball courts are usually Maple. This flooring is milled with a smooth surface.
