Natural variations in color are guaranteed in this flooring, and the mix of light and dark coloring helps to mask any accumulated wear-and-tear. This flooring is suitable for above grade installations, and can be nailed, or glued with the appropriate mastic. The finish has a limited twenty five year residential warranty.
